What is Kanine Capital?

Kanine Capital was inspired by the lack of "farm-to-bowl" products available in the usual market places. With carefully selected partners we are setting out to serve dogs high-quality, non-processed goodness.

What is your shipping policy?

Currently we only ship domestically in the US. Standard shipping and handling fee is  $3.99. The product will either be sent directly from our partner or by Kanine Capital. Any orders over $50 will automatically qualify for free shipping.

Our standard shipping is shipped out either the next business day if ordered before our daily order processing, otherwise the following day. Delivery is usually by Postal Mail (sometimes by UPS for heavy items), and takes 7-10 business days. 

Can my dog eat your treats?

Dogs are like humans, they have different dietary needs. We sell many different brands and kinds of treats, so we can't give one answer to this question. Take a look at the product description and be on the look out for anything you know your dog might be allergic to. That being said we only work with high-quality vendors, who use all-natural, fresh ingredients so that you can serve your dog the best available on the market. 

What is your return policy? 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (not eaten) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. I live outside the US, can I order from Kanine Capital?

We currently only ship in the US, but plan to expand in the near future. 

What is the shelf life of the treats?

Different vendors offer different shelf lives, which you can read about in the individual product descriptions. 

How do you store the treats after opening?

Make sure to read the instructions on the packaging as some treats are to be stored in a cool, dry space, while others are to be stored in the refrigerator.
